Processing & Handling Time

  • During Pre-Order ( Till end December 2025 ) fulfilment will start at the latest date of 15th December 2025 to be in time for the year end season.

  • All orders after pre-order season is processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak periods, order processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.

  • Each plant is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier, delivery will take approximately 2 to 3 business days within Malaysia.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations (e.g., rural areas may take longer).

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya in Malaysia only.

  • If your area is not covered by our courier partner, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

Damages & Issues

  • We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product.

  • We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you can track your order using the courier’s tracking link provided via email/SMS.
