I recently purchased a self-watering plant from Urban Roots, and it has quickly become one of my favourite little home additions.
As someone who travels quite often, keeping plants alive has always been a bit of a gamble. This completely solves that problem. I can water the plant before heading off on a trip and leave with peace of mind, without worrying whether it will survive or having to rope a friend into plant-sitting duties. It’s such a simple concept, but incredibly practical.
What I also love is the design. The planter is beautifully made - clean, modern, and genuinely chic. It looks more like a thoughtful piece of décor than a functional plant pot, which makes it fit effortlessly into any space.
All in all, Urban Roots has created a product that’s clever, elegant, and perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle (or a slightly unreliable plant-watering routine). I’m excited to see what they come up with next. 🌿
